Useful balance, plus some events

In the few times I've played Western Legends, I felt the prospecting action could become a little powerful. Sure, you can go after the characters who keep gathering gold, but that might take away from your other plans. I like the fact that these cards balance the availability of gold, and also that you get to add two of the Event cards from this deck into a game (or more, if you want to go crazy), for an occasional surprise.
