It was a VERY cool experience and had interesting and diverse puzzles to solve. The integration of the app and agmented reality (you look at the board through your phone or tablet and it shows different things happening) was awesome. It says 5-6 hours, but with 2 people it took us closer to 8 to go through the content over 4-5 sessions.
If you are a puzzle or Batman fan, this is a great time with a neat story told. Game can be reset when you're done though it will be able to be seen than an item has been folded when you discover it.
Note: a mobile device or tablet with Android 13 or iOS 15 is needed to run the app. You can try to download it first to see if you have something compatible. Some people even cast their screen to a TV so more people can see what's happening. With 2 people we were ok with an iPhone.
A podcast with one of the heads of the publisher where they talk about the game can be listened to here: https://www.goinganalogshow.com/article/246/podcast-116-arkham-asylum-files-panic-in-gotham-city
Not necessary to play the game. Good as a container to hold loot tokens.
Great coop game to play with kids and friends! Love the amount of airports and the extra modules that are slowly introduced.
