You are the mayor of a tiny town in the forest in which the smaller creatures of the woods have created a civilization hidden away from predators. This new land is small and the resources are scarce, so you take what you can get and never say no to building materials. Cleverly plan and construct a thriving town, and don't let it fill up with wasted resources! Whoever builds the most prosperous tiny town wins!

In Tiny Towns, your town is represented by a 4x4 grid on which you will place resource cubes in specific layouts to construct buildings. Each building scores victory points (VPs) in a unique way. When no player can place any more resources or construct any buildings, the game ends, and any squares without a building are worth -1 VP. The player with the most VP wins!

Beautiful, sturdy components.

Methodical play and the chance for analysis paralysis, both in the same game. A fun game for adults in which you have your own objectives that may be squashed by others’ building ambitions!

Deceptively thinky

A hit with everyone I've ever taught it too. Has recruited staunch non gamers to happy players. Very easy to teach but comes with a challenging but fun puzzle.

Huge Hit!

Picked up Tiny Towns at the start of the pandemic, and have probably played it more in this time than pretty much any other game in the collection! The components are great and the quick game play and various building types make it easy to play multiple games in a row!

Not everyone's puzzle

This game is quite the puzzle to play, so I expected to like it more. The tension of a small board left me feeling claustrophobic rather than pleasantly challenged. The components are beautiful and I can understand why many love it.
