Worth it, for the components.

Not much in terms of content. Player powers and missions don't change the game very much, and I'd be just as happy playing without them. However, if you own Escape Plan, you like to have nice things. And for that reason I would recommend this upgrade pack. The custom meeples, metal keys, card display, and notoriety markers are very high quality and really help flesh out the complete Escape Plan experience.
