Expansion For Ashes Reborn: Rise of the Phoenixborn
Expansions Ashes Reborn: Red Rains – The Frostwild Scourge
Ashes Reborn: Red Rains – The Siege of Lordswall

Ashes Reborn: Red Rains offers players both new and old an exciting new format in which to wield their favorite Ashes cards! The Red Rains have returned and with them the Chimera — towering monstrosities that threaten to wipe humanity from the face of the planet! Only the Phoenixborn, those superhuman wizard-warriors of Argaia, stand between humanity and extinction.

The Red Rains turns Ashes Reborn into a solitaire or cooperative experience, with players banding together to fend off and slay one of the fiendish Chimera. Choose your Phoenixborn and build your deck, then face this foe alone or with a friend you can trust. Wield cards already in your collection, or add in the new spells and allies included here! Everything old is new again, including fresh takes on classic Phoenixborn!

Prepare for an all-new Ashes experience, and prepare to see this beloved game in a brand new light!

Better than Aeon's End!

A painfully underrated card game with beautiful art, great character design and solid mechanics reminiscent of the TCGs like Lorcana and Magic the Gathering.

This expansion changes the game from a 1vs1 battle game to a solo or co-op boss battler similar to Aeon's End.

The preconstructed decks that come with the box are great to play with and require different approaches. Very satisfying and feels more thematic than Aeon's End 's generic market and card purchases.

The enemy turns are super quick,. getting you back to your cards and your turn right away.

Highly recommended for solo play.

Fun alternative

I play a lot of solo games so I was pretty excited when I heard about this. Played a few times and it was challenging. The set comes with 6 levels of difficulty for 1 or 2 opponents. Anyone that likes the gameplay of Ashes will like this option.
I'm looking forward to the other releases of Red Rains.
