Hours of entertainment for myself and my 10 and 11 year old sons.

My boys picked it up right away and were really engaged and competitive. They could remember the special abilities much better than me (and used them against me). We've played 10+ times over the holiday season and had many exciting late night battles. They are already pumped to explore other Chip Theory games. The game was surprisingly easy to get into, we watched a YouTube video. The manual is very well laid out and easy to follow.

Thoughts on Hoplomachus: Remastered

This is a fabulous game, it works great for 1,2 or 4 players and although it can be played with 3 the set up lends itself to be a bit unbalanced for one of the 3.
This is my third game by Chip Theory Games and once again I am very impressed with not only the game mechanics but the fantastic quality of all components.

Immortals really are

Solo play very challenging. Play is easy but your opponents aren’t. Components are top quality. Price shock disappeared once I started playing. Worth every penny
