Such a bad design. You can't see the higher or lower stats on the counter. I will keep on using the original one.

Cumbersome Addition

While the character cards are higher quality, they do present a different challenge where you can't see the increase/decrease of the different attribute values for you to make quick informed decisions. We find ourselves keeping the original character cards handy for reference.
The dice are much nicer than the ones that come with the game standard, and having 2 sets of the dice to play with also makes it a little bit easier during game play.
