Puzzle - USAopoly - Beetlejuice: Handbook for the Recently Deceased (1000 Pieces)

I wrote to the company, The OP, about 2 pieces being missing from the final puzzle.
After a week with no acknowledgement, I wrote in again.

They replied and said:
"We will take a look and see if we can find the two missing pieces..."
What!?
They just got back to me, days later, and this is what they wrote:

"We have checked our stock for pieces but do not have that specific die cut to pull from.
We can send a replacement bag of puzzle pieces. The new bag will not contain your missing piece(s) as each puzzle is unique with regards to the cut and colors. Therefore, the picture will be the same but the pieces will not. The pieces are not numbered and are loose in a bag, just like how you received your puzzle.

I would be happy to send a replacement bag of puzzle pieces to the address you have provided. Please retain the box that your puzzle came in, as we are only sending the bag of pieces. We will not charge you for the puzzle, but we do ask that you to cover the international shipping charges. Normally we would require you to cover the entire cost but will make a one-time exception and split the cost with you. The standard international first-class rate to mail from United States is €22.23 in US dollars. Let me know if you would like me to send a PayPal invoice to your email address for half the International shipping charge payment of €11.11.

They actually want me to PAY an additional €11.11 EUR for a defective product!!
