The concept alone got myself and my friends interested. Initially it feels pretty overwhelming and complicated but once you get it going it's very straightforward. Definitely as tense as I hoped, has become a regular game we play already.
Rules couldn't be any easier - but packs a lot of fun into a simple and easy to learn package. The game might seem a little 'mean' to some people (or young kids) but if you can embrace 'stealing' cards from your neighbor, this game is a blast.
It's an easy game to learn with more strategy than I thought, especially finding the right time to kill the current husband and upgrade to a better model, I mean remarry. The thirty minute play time is accurate. It's quick to set up and the cards are easy to understand. This game was not a hit with my husband. Perhaps he thought I was enjoying the premise of the game a little too much. The women I game with seem to really like it.
