In Æterna you will take the role of a Roman Gens (family) that will try to increase its prestige through three Eras: The Roman Kingdom, the Roman Republic, and the Roman Empire.
Your goal will be to increase your influence over the city by supporting the conquest of the provinces, ruling over the 7 Hills and contributing to the construction of monuments and buildings. While doing this, you must always be careful not to demotivate the people, in the Hills under your direct control, as unrest could put you in a bad light. If you manage majorities, cards, and resources better than your opponents, your Gens will be remembered in the History books as one of the most important in Rome.

Set in the Cthulhu: Death May Die world and inspired by the writings of H.P. Lovecraft, Dark Providence is a competitive game in which players take on secret roles of Investigators and Cultists from the most influential cities of the United States during the Great Depression.
While the Cultists explore the nation's vulnerability seeking to remake it into a twisted version of itself by consorting with unspeakable beings from nightmarish dimensions, Investigators take the opposite side, standing against this dark providence.
Each player's secret alignment determines how they’ll score points at the end of the game, however, this is not a cooperative game. During the game players use Influence cubes to bid for the right to claim Asset cards, take control of cities, and gather Mythos cards. Each new Asset card acquired improves the players’ deck and therefore the resources and actions they can perform during a turn.
Trying to keep their identity secret and avoid insanity, players perform a multitude of actions, swaying Hired Agents to their side of the battle, assassinating other players’ Agents, gathering additional help from Mythos cards, blocking other players from claiming cards, and sealing or protecting Gates, among others to gain Victory Points.
At the end, only the player with the most Victory Points of the dominant side of the battle will win the game!

Refight battles between the greatest armies of the Ancient World: Republican Roman, Carthaginian, Alexandrian Macedonian, Achaemenid Persian, and more!
Milito is a card-based, diceless wargame by Martin Wallace that puts you at the head of an Ancient army, making the key tactical decisions that will win or lose you the battle. Commanding a combination of troops unique to your own army, you'll play unit cards to take control of the battlefield. Skirmish with light troops to hold the enemy at bay, use your cavalry's maneuverability to your advantage, and advance your units of well-armored infantry to drive the enemy away. Flank attacks and army-specific leaders provide further tactical depth. Choose the right moment to commit your best units into the battle line, and capture three terrain areas to win the game.
Each card in your hand represents one of your army's units, which has the same strengths and weaknesses as its historical counterpart. Units are rated for speed, attack strength, defense strength, and other modifiers based on battlefield performance. Leader cards offer combat bonuses and have their own unique abilities — but be warned that not every leader card is an Alexander or Hannibal!

Struggle of Empires: Metal Coins Struggle of Empires: Unrest Counters |
As a highly regarded strategy game, Struggle of Empires has long been a candidate for a deluxe edition - and Eagle-Gryphon Games is known for its expertise in creating deluxe quality game editions.
We have created new art throughout the game, a large and re-imagined game board and map, enhanced cardboard components, new wood components, and a larger box with a complete storage solution.
The game board now includes a game track that guides players through each phase of the game. Trade Tiles now appear on the map until they are taken by players for themselves. Local Alliances are now tracked on the map with new player tokens so that it is clear who gains the benefit of the local alliance. Piracy and Colony revolt are now classed as Covert Operations and have their own wooden markers for player to claim and use.
Player components are now all in wood including 20 Control Markers, 14 Armies, 8 Navies, 2 Forts, 6 Local Alliance Markers, 1 Population Marker, 1 Alliance Marker, and 1 VP Marker.
We have also created a player aid that summarizes all activities and actions on the front and gives a summary of game tiles on the back.
Most importantly, we have developed an updated rule book!
The updated rule book clarifies the original rules and examples. It also provides a wealth of variant rules. In each instance of rules revisions, we have kept the original version as a variant. In other cases, we have kept the original rule and have introduced a variant, including 2 new variants from the designer, Martin Wallace. Other variants are based on designer and fan suggestions. Some address issues of “balance” and “luck” in the game and others provide new ideas for setup.
