In Portugal, some restaurants serve traditional Portuguese food alongside performances of fado, a music genre that can be traced to the 1820s in Lisbon, Portugal and is often characterized by mournful tunes and lyrics, often about the sea or the life of the poor, while being infused with a sentiment of resignation, fate, and melancholy.

People spend their entire evenings in these restaurants, called Casa de Fado ("House of Fado"), dining and listening to the music, which speaks about "saudade", a Portuguese word meaning "longing, nostalgia, yearning, missing something or someone". Typically, there isn't any rotation of the tables. Once you enter the restaurant, you stay until it's closed.

In its traditional form, fado is played by a trio of musicians: a guitarist plays "Guitarra Portuguesa" (a twelve-string Portuguese Guitar); a singer, that is, a "fadista"; and a guitarist playing "Viola de Fado" (classical guitar). The Portuguese guitar has a unique sound, and the chords are played in different bars from those of the classical guitar.

In the game House of Fado, players have to manage their restaurant, attract customers, and contract and promote fadistas and musicians, thus gaining prestige for their fado house. Managers will move their staff members to different places to perform some actions, using the same bump action as in The Gallerist.

The Roman temple of Évora was probably built in honor of Emperor Augustus. It was built in the 1st century AD in the main square (forum) of Évora - then called Liberalitas Julia.

In this game players will play the role of builders of the Roman Empire and the action takes place in Évora in the 1st century AD.
The objective: Build the 14 columns that still exist today on the site.

Players move their workers around the rondel to define the action they intend to perform: Build (stones and capitals), improve the columns already built (points multiplier) and request the influence of important characters (cards).

These characters are:

The Emperor who will value the columns at the end of the game.
The governor who will inspect the columns and during the game will compensate the player.
The centurion who maintain order in the construction site and will offer greater mobility to the player.
The architect who helps in the construction process making it much more effective and profitable.

The player who obtains the most prestige points, based on the stones placed in each column and also on bonuses, wins the game.

STORY

Alarms ring in Rome, the Empire’s great army has lost another battle in Lusitania. The emperor Julius Caesar asks his four best generals to recruit and equip soldiers: legionaries, doctors, gunners and barbaric mercenaries to face the people who heroically resist in Lusitania. The emperor promises the greatest riches to those who join his cause.

There is, in the most remote part of Iberia, a people that is not governed nor does it let itself be governed. Alea jacta est.

AIM

In this game, you take on the role of a Roman general whom the emperor, Julius Caesar, has ordered to recruit and equip an army of soldiers: legionaries, barbaric mercenaries, doctors and gunners.
The game is won by the player who recruits an army whose score is of twenty or more victory points.

END OF THE GAME

A game immediately ends when:
1. The first player recruits an army whose score is of twenty or more victory points.
2. The musician card appears on the training field, having been turned from the draw pile or played by a player who trades the musician card (which they are holding) for a card that is on the training field. In this situation the game is won by the player who, at that time, has the highest number of victory points. In the event of a tie, the game is won by the tied player who has recruited less barbaric mercenaries. If the tie remains, the game is won by the player whose turn is last (farthest from the commander card).
