The fireplace crackles. The smell of pine is in the air. The family gathers to enjoy each other's company during this holiday season. In the corner of the room, a record player fills the room with warm, soothing tunes from classic holiday albums. The crate of albums is positioned near, holding onto the many memories connected of years past. Family members take turns getting up and selecting an album, studying the cover, and sliding the album out of the jacket to load onto the player. As the needle pops and crackles, the wonderful music enchants the room and seems to synchronize with the twinkle of the lights on the Christmas Tree. It is another Vinyl: Holiday!

In Vinyl: Holiday, players will work towards building Christmas trees out of albums. Each album features a sub-genre (Classical, Traditional, and Contemporary), one of four decades (the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s), one of five spirits (Joy, Love, Peace, Hope, and Faith). These album trees are being built by the players to your left and right in the true holiday spirit. Some of the points you gain are entirely in your control with the matches you make with previously played albums. Other points come from the combined efforts of you and the players to your left and right. To further increase the scoring opportunities, each player can sacrifice their hand size to complete attributes printed on each album's gift tags. Vinyl: Holiday Edition will be a game that you will want to play all year round.

The 80s expansion adds some new mechanics to the game. We have opened up the Trade Counter. You will now be able to trade unwanted or low-value records in to gain attributes that you may use in later turns.

Collection rewards have been reduced to max out 4. The lower end will now be 2 albums in a small collection and this will increase the number of records that a player may retire during the game. In addition, the Extended Play format and the Long Play format have been added as attributes and these albums can provide a bonus to your collections for end game scoring. There is still more, however.

We have also added 12 new Loyalty Cards which will help to bolster your end game scoring even further. Taking all of this into account that is over 150 new components added to the game!

We will also introduce gameplay with 5 Genres in play instead of 4. This will give players a different style of game in this expansion. There are 6 Genres added so that players can choose which 5 Genres they would like to play with.

After flipping through the selection of songs, inserting a coin into the slot, pushing buttons, a Mechanismsal arm selects a 45 from its library. After carefully placing it on the spinning turntable, music fills the air and begins to entertain the nearby listeners.

Jukebox is a two-player light-weight set collection game where players construct a jukebox with 45s, which come in five genres, three decades, and have great songs on either A or B sides. To collect 45s, a player must draw coins out of their bag and inserts them into one of two slots. The player will continue until there is a desired match OR their slot(s) are full of coins. As 45s are acquired, the player places them into a 3x3 grid near their player board. The player will score a row or column of three 45s. As the player's bag empties, they may empty their coin box and earn two bonus coins. Keep in mind that at specific points in the game, the player's opponent will benefit from the player's decisions getting free actions to insert coins into their player board. When a player acquires nine 45s, the game end is triggered. The players add their score up from the scoring tokens earned during play plus the points from their private objectives. The player with the most points is the winner.

The Masters of Metal is a Vinyl band expansion that builds on the base game of Vinyl and introduces the basic collections and memorabilia. Historically, memorabilia (such as t-shirts and posters) was purchased for a favorite band. The memorabilia added value to the collector's collection. In MoM, players can acquire memorabilia and attach it to a collection. The memorabilia enhances the collections value (or length). In order to attach memorabilia, like icons (decade, live, picture disc) needs to be arranged so that the icons are adjacent between albums. The more albums and memorabilia the longer the collection. Unlike the base game, the basic collections only require the player to match bands and rewards players for long dedicated collections. MoM is compatible with Top Shelf, Publisher Expansion, and the Clearance Bin.

The British Invasion is a Vinyl band expansion that builds on the base game of Vinyl and introduces the Listening Booth and singles (aka 45s). Historically, 45s were purchased to initially and eventually encouraged buyers to acquire the associated LP album or even another album from the band. In BI, players can acquire 45s by matching the band icon. Each 45 has an "A-side" with locked attributes that can be unlocked at the Listening Booth. At the Listening Booth, players will discard a magazine card with one matching icon to flip the 45 to its "B-side" giving the player more points and the opportunity to use the 45 to acquire LPs with similar attributes in future rounds. BI leverages the same collection rewards system (Pure, Mixed, Double Mixed) that comes in the base game and can be further integrated with Top Shelf, Publisher Expansion, Clearance Bin, or even the memorabilia from Masters of Metal!

Big Band is a Vinyl expansion that continues to build on the base game of Vinyl and introduces the Window Display, Hits Chart, and a new way to form collections. Historically, 78s and 33s were competing formats and available to purchase in the record store. In BB, players will focus on collecting albums from two genres -- Swing and Jazz. Players will acquire albums in two different speeds from up to 8 different band leaders. With respect to speeds, there are benefits in collecting 78s since they are worth slightly more than the 33s. However, the 33s offer collection powers to entice players to collect them instead. Furthermore, the rules for collecting albums are stripped down to just matching the genres. However, players must visit the front counter in order to earn collection rewards. To turn in a collection, the player must represent each of the four instruments in one genre. Depending on how many matches there are in the attributes will dictate what type of collection reward they will earn. Play continues until all the albums have been placed into the store. The player with the most points, in the end, is the winner.
