In Japanime Tactics, you can assemble a team of your favorite Granblue Fantasy characters like Gran and Lyria by combining their ability cards into a deck, then battle your opponent's team on a modular board of interlocking map tiles.

Each round, players use their cards to attack and defend with their characters. Any card can be used by any character to provide bonuses for matching colors and action types, but characters can perform powerful unique abilities by using their specific cards.

During a battle, each player has a unique objective such as rescuing a hostage or destroying supplies and must use their team to attack their opponents and interact with the terrain to score the most points before all players run out of cards.

Japanime Tactics: Granblue Fantasy – Gran Starter Set contains the characters Gran, Lyria, Rackam, and Noa, and it's playable on its own in a simplified 2v2 mode. By combining this set with other Japanime Tactics sets or boosters, you can play the full 4x4 game.

Here you are, minding your own business with some of your best friends, enjoying the leftover scraps buried in the filth of your cave, when you hear a human curse as they knock some rocks free and then you hear the most terrifying words you've ever heard. Words spoken of in legend. You thought they were just a myth to scare young kobolds into obedience.

In Pathfinder: Level 20, players take on the role of kobolds in their den, scampering away from a 19th level fighter who needs only five XP to hit level 20. They will stop at nothing until they kill a few kobolds and hit that magical gateway that leads them to near divine levels of power.

On your turn, you play cards to help avoid the fighters, run away, and do everything you can to put obstacles (or other players!) between yourself and the humans. Your goal is to not be the kobold at the end of the fighter’s sword, with the game ending either with one surviving player or else with the fighters being forced to flee in shame!

Shadowrun: Sprawl Ops is a competitive game for 2 to 4 players that can be played in 60 to 90 minutes. In this cyber-punk worker-placement game, each player controls a team of Shadow Runners that they can send on missions, loan to other players (for a fee, of course), and upgrade with new tech and equipment. Missions are resolved by rolling combinations of custom dice. A diverse team of Shadow Runners gives you access to more combinations of dice, and your upgrades add even more dice to your pool. Take on smaller missions to earn creds. Then, put those right back into more experienced runners, and better gear. Once you think you've got what it takes, send your runners out to attempt to collect one final score. If you fail, don't worry, your doc-wagon contracts will keep your runners in the game. The first player to successfully complete the final mission, and collect that last big score wins the game!
